Jeff provides legal and advisory services to energy sector clients including project developers, wholesale power producers, electric and natural gas utility companies, organized wholesale electricity market participants, retail energy suppliers, electric transmission organizations, and service and technology providers.

Jeff holds a Ph.D. (Economic Geography and International Trade), J.D. (Regulatory Law and Economics), and M.B.A. (Corporate Financial Management, Financial Institutions and Markets, and International Management) from University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, and a B.S. (Industrial Engineering) from Texas A&M University. He is admitted to the Michigan, Wisconsin, New York, and District of Columbia Bars, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

Before entering the practice of law in 2004, Jeff worked as a technical, business development, and finance professional in the energy industry.
